Tadeas Vokas

DevOps at Zerops.

Outside work I write small tools in Go, run my own home lab, and work on securing networks and services. From September 2026 I study cyber security at SSPŠ.

What I work on

Infrastructure. Running and maintaining internal services. Ansible for configuration management, Proxmox, DNS, Linux and shell. I took part in rolling out a new network architecture and remote access built on WireGuard.

Security. Securing the networks and services I run. Network segmentation, controlled remote access, tracking vulnerabilities in the software in use, and making sure the only thing reachable from outside is what is meant to be.

Code. Go and Python. Letterboxd randomizer and gosic are tools I wrote for myself. This site is a static generator in Go as well.

AI. calendart is a commissioned calendar application whose code was written almost entirely by AI. My part was the brief, reviewing the output, and deploying it on Zerops.

Home lab. dnsmasq, Navidrome and Lidarr in their own VLAN. The place where I try things out before touching anything at work.
